Sauerland Diethelm Fotostudio

Ok where to begin. Started off with my German which is not very good but I do understand mostly. Hence, I will write it in English. So my son got his photo taken at the KiTa by the Fotostudio Saureland last month. And once I was informed photos were finished, I checked the results via online. Normally, like the years before I always order my son‘s photos and the results were always been amazing. Off course those photos were not from this company. This was the first time the KiTa used Fotostudio Saureland‘s services and initially, I thought the photos quality would be on par as the other fotostudio. However, to my surprise the results were awful. But I ordered anyways because I thought everyone would ordered (apparently I was one of the few if not the only one from the KiTa who order to photos) and to that I was required to transfer the amount of 36€ but I thought I was gonna be sent a real rechnung via mail, Like any other business. But no I was sent few emails that I didn‘t open because sender was from Info (like a spam) and 3. mahnung. I finally found his email and replied in English and got responded back with some nasty emails from the owner, who are going to take this matter ...Mehr bei golocal
