Terrible Post-Sale Support – Avoid This Dealer I bought a Sprinter III 316 for camper conversion, trusting the dealer based on good reviews. The purchase process went smoothly, but the nightmare began the next day on my drive back to Sweden. After just 120 km, the engine light came on with NOx sensor errors. I contacted the dealer immediately via WhatsApp and phone, but they ignored me. On Monday, they suggested I visit a Mercedes workshop, which confirmed the NOx sensor was faulty and needed urgent replacement (€987). Despite informing the dealer, they refused reimbursement, citing "no pre-approval" and "not their workshop," conveniently ignoring their own silence during the critical moments. The inspection report shows prior repairs to the exhaust near the NOx sensor, raising concerns about a reset ECU hiding the issue. I’m now filing a formal complaint and will pursue legal action if needed. Future buyers beware: Unless you’re an auto expert, stay away from this dealer.
