Very unprofessional, rude staff! 0.0 Stars Beware of this facility: receptionist (blonde lady with glasses) “urgently” needs customer service training. Upon arrival she was very rude and took no consideration for my being severely disabled and needing to sit down. She said there was no documentation of my lab results, & that they could not see me. Even after I tried to explain I had sent it per email one week ago and it was verified on the telephone this morning by the nice people in the call center. I have filed an official complaint against this person & the facility. Speaking out a Hausverbot while I was leaving is ridiculous. Based on my experience today the many negative (!) reviews must all be true about this location in the Gallus. This is the worst medical facility I’ve ever been in Europe or the United States. Thankfully I now found a much nicer, professional place to get my CT done.Mehr bei golocal
